Option 1: The Drinks Reception;

I arrive early and greet your guests into the venue after the ceremony, this works well while the bride and groom are elsewhere having photos and taking a moment together before the walk in. This works great if there's a lot of day guests as it's a lovely ice breaker for guests only meeting each other for the first time and bridges the gap while people mingle before the main room gets opened for dinner.

 

Option 2: The Evening Package;

I usually arrive just as the meal has finished or just before the evening guests arrive. This really helps the transition from the sit-down meal setting into the room change around for your evening celebrations. This will give me chance to focus on your most important day guests and then start entertaining your evening guests as they start to arrive. The perfect way for everyone to get a slice of the action!

 

Option 3: **The Full Wedding Package**;

With this package you have the best of both worlds! I will arrive early and follow through with option 1 (drinks reception), lead your guests into when you all sit down for your meal. I will then leave you to enjoy the speeches and your Wedding breakfast and arrive back just before your evening guest are due. I then get chance to entertain you all into the evening! This is fantastic option if you have a lot of day guests and a lot evening guests as it ticks all the box's and gets everyone involved :)
